Privacy policy
Effective from 18 May 2026. This document explains how Michał Błazucki processes the personal data of people using the mblazucki.pl website.

2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we may collect the following data:
- full name,
- company name,
- e-mail address,
- phone number,
- project category, location and planned start date (if provided),
- message content.
Providing data is voluntary; however, name, e-mail address and message content are required to respond to an enquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling an enquiry sent via the form — based on the controller's legitimate interest in conducting correspondence and answering enquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Pre-contractual steps — where the enquiry aims at establishing cooperation (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Retention period
Contact form data is stored for the period necessary to handle the enquiry, no longer than 24 months after the end of correspondence. If the enquiry leads to a contract, data is kept for the duration of its performance and the period required by law (including tax and accounting regulations).
5. Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to entities supporting the operation of the website and communication: hosting and e-mail service providers. These entities process data solely on our instruction and only to the extent necessary to provide their services. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
6. Your rights
In connection with data processing you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- object to processing,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
